Gilberto Viejo won the third bottle of Havana Club Rum, but was no longer at the convention to claim his prize, so his bottle was enjoyed as part of the celebration for the unanimous vote welcoming back the Episcopal Church of Cuba as a Diocese of the US Episcopal Church.
